This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game application Arrow Puzzle (Application ID: com.dskysolution.arrowpuzzle), developed and published by DSky Solution ("we", "us", or "our").

Arrow Puzzle is an offline-capable, minimalist logic puzzle game where players tap and guide arrows along clear paths to solve labyrinthine boards. We believe games should respect your privacy: we do not collect, request, or store sensitive personal details like your real name, physical address, email address, or phone number to play the game.

To maintain 100% transparency and full compliance with Google Play Store's Data Safety requirements, the table below specifies all data types handled by the application, whether data is collected or shared, whether it is required or optional, and its exact purpose:

A. Local On-Device Game Data

Arrow Puzzle utilizes Android Jetpack DataStore to store your puzzle journey locally on your device. This data includes:

• Level progression and completion records (Levels 1 through 1,000+).
• Number of puzzle moves, hint balances, and daily streak counts.
• User audio and haptic feedback preferences (Sound effects, BGM, vibration toggles).
• Color palette theme selection (Minimalist slate, vibrant, dark contrast).

This information remains on your local hardware and is never sold or broadcast to third parties.

B. Automated Analytics Telemetry

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to gather non-personally identifiable telemetry to evaluate gameplay balance and difficulty curves. For example:

• Daily active gameplay sessions (anonymous session duration).
• Whether a level was completed on the first attempt or required multiple retries.
• Frequency of hint usage to identify puzzle layouts that may have solver bottlenecks.
• Milestones hit (e.g. 7-day streak or 30-day streak achievements).

C. Crash & Stability Diagnostics

When an unexpected application failure occurs, Firebase Crashlytics records anonymized diagnostic data:

• Device brand, model, and OS version (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S23, Android 14).
• Stack trace exception logs and memory allocation stats at the exact crash timestamp.
• App version (e.g., Version 1.0.6, VersionCode 7).

Arrow Puzzle uses Google AdMob to show ads. Depending on your region, consent settings, and device permissions, you may see:

• Personalized Ads: Ads tailored to your interests based on your Android Advertising ID and prior app interactions.
• Non-Personalized (Contextual) Ads: Ads that are not based on your historical behavior, using only general context (such as approximate country/city level location).

How to Reset or Delete Your Android Advertising ID (AAID)

You have complete control over ad personalization directly inside your Android system settings:

  Select Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID to remove cross-app advertising identifiers permanently.

Arrow Puzzle integrates Google Play Games Services (v2). Connecting your Google Play Games account is entirely optional:

• If you connect, Google Play authenticates your anonymous Gamer Tag/ID to unlock achievements, display leaderboards, and store cloud saves.
• DSky Solution does not receive your Google account password or credit card data.
• You can disconnect Arrow Puzzle from your Google Account at any time via Google Play Games App > Settings > Your Data > Delete Play Games account & data.

Arrow Puzzle is designed as a logic puzzle game suitable for a general audience. The game is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or under 16 years of age in the European Economic Area).

We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. All advertising served adheres to Google Play's Families Policy and COPPA regulations. If a parent or guardian discovers that their child has provided personal information without consent, please contact us at diptenu@dskysolution.com and we will take immediate steps to delete such data.

Your Rights Under GDPR (EEA & UK Users)

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you possess guaranteed data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Minimal Data Footprint: We intentionally refrain from capturing or storing email addresses, names, or unneeded permissions (e.g. precise GPS, camera, contacts, or storage permissions are not requested).
• ProGuard & R8 Code Hardening: Release builds of Arrow Puzzle are compiled with aggressive code shrinking and obfuscation to prevent tampering.
