Terms of Service for Arrow Puzzle

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Arrow Puzzle (the "Application"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with DSky Solution ("we", "us", or "our") and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use Arrow Puzzle. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using this Application.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DSky Solution grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and play Arrow Puzzle on your personal mobile devices solely for entertainment and non-commercial purposes.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Arrow Puzzle—including but not limited to level designs, pathfinder algorithms, procedural generation engines, artwork, animations, sounds, user interface, brand assets, and code—remain the exclusive property of DSky Solution.

You agree to use Arrow Puzzle in a lawful manner. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code or level layout JSON arrays of the game.
• Use automated scripts, bots, emulators, or cheats to manipulate puzzle completion, daily streak milestones, or leaderboards.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security or advertising delivery mechanisms within the game.
• Redistribute, sell, lease, or commercially exploit Arrow Puzzle without prior written authorization from DSky Solution.

Arrow Puzzle is distributed free of charge and supported through Google AdMob advertisements. By playing, you acknowledge that ads (such as banners, interstitials, and rewarded videos) may be shown.

In-game hints, undos, and streak milestones constitute virtual game mechanics. They have no cash or monetary equivalent value, cannot be redeemed for real currency, and exist solely for enjoyment within Arrow Puzzle.

Arrow Puzzle is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. DSky Solution does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all devices or Android versions, or that defects will be corrected immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DSky Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your access or inability to access or use the application.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to DSky Solution, without regard to conflict of law principles.
